Forecast 5 uses SQL Server, or the cut down version of this popular programme, SQL Express, as its database. Once installed, Forecast 5 runs very smoothly on SQL; however, some have found the actual installation bit a little challenging! This page is to try to ease the installation for you!
The single most important part to get right when installing Forecast 5 is to login as Administrator. If you are unsure about this, please consult this Microsoft page.
